The Space: If you want a cozy and easy stay in the heart of downtown, you've found it! You can easily walk to the beach, the water, and the famous Malecón promenade. It's the ideal place to start your adventure and explore the city's highlights, like trying out seafood at local restaurants, visiting the markets, going shopping, and enjoying plenty of fun activities.
There’s a cozy double bed to accommodate 2 guests. The space has A/C, a ceiling fan, and room-darkening curtains to ensure you rest well. The full bath features a spacious walk-in shower and a beautiful Mexican-style sink.
Just outside your door, you’ll find tables and chairs for dining and lounging or on the ground level, you’ll find a wonderful garden patio that’s shared with the other rooms. Here you can enjoy a meal or just hang out at the table shaded by a large umbrella.

The Neighborhood: Located in the city center (Zona Central), just steps from the water and about 1 block from the seaside promenade (Malecón), where you can enjoy beautiful ocean views and explore a variety of restaurants, shops, bars, and more. Plus, easy access to supermarkets nearby to cook at home. Our recommended beaches are Coromuel Beach and Playa el Tesoro. Our recommended restaurants are Vrentino, Oliva al Mare, and Harker Board CO.
Getting Around: The property is about 12.3 km |7.6 mi from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 194 km | 120 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).
Other Things to Note: IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).
Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

We provide a starter kit of bath essentials that include basic soap, shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper.
Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
Only service pets are allowed, and you will need to provide proper certification.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. - No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Only service pets are allowed. - Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay. - Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

The room with bathroom was small but adequate, but little storage for luggage. Nice small deck outside. However, access was terrible. Stairway to upper floor where room was was narrow, difficult winding stairs, and multiple obstacles along the path up. Railing was in the way of turning steps. But the main terrible problem was that the sewer overflowed onto the only pathway to the room. There was no attempt to protect customers from the effluent on the ground. They made loud noises opening up the ground to troubleshoot, tore up large sections of ground leaving dangerous holes in pavement and uncovered sump hole. NONE of the dangers were marked or protected in any way.
