Casa Topik is located in Origo Mare, a quiet and secure estate nestled between the volcanoes and the ocean, with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The residence is only a few minutes away from Majanicho, a charming little fishing village with a white sandy beach. You will also be just a few minutes from the best spots for surfing, wingfoiling, and kitesurfing.
THE SPACE :
The house features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooktop, microwave oven, coffee maker, etc.
Two bedrooms overlooking the garden (each with two single beds) share the first bathroom on the ground floor, and there is a bedroom upstairs with a double bed, its own bathroom, and a terrace to admire the sunset.
The house also has an office as well as ultra-fast WiFi (fiber optic), ideal for remote workers.
Two rocking chairs in the living room with a sofa and a large flat-screen TV.
The bathrooms are equipped with a toilet and a bathtub.
A large terrace at the back and a smaller one at the front will allow you to enjoy your meals outside.
GUEST ACCESS:
The entire house is for travelers, and they also have access to the communal pool located 50 meters from the house (with a mini pool for children), the tennis court, and the Padel courts.
