Nice location, mean really nice but...
It wasn't as clean as the reviews would have you think. I read all reviews. Using a band-aid as tape to hold up a sign in the bathroom to not use the left side of the door on the shower stall is gross. Get tape. Better yet, fix the door. There was also hair on the bathroom floor when we got there. Yucky. The house is pretty original and could use some updating and A/C. Since there is not A/C you would think that all windows would open and have screens but you would be wrong. My 80 year old mother's room windows would not open. Good thing she gets cold because of her nephropathy. The windows need to be updated in a bad way.There was no soap for the washer. Only like 4 garbage bags stuffed into a hard to imagine they are actually in there small zip lock baggie. Could have been stocked with the essentials better. I had to buy soap because they only had these little tiny best I can describe is samples to use for showering.
The location however, was amazing. But the neighbors yelled at our children for being loud. It wasn't past 10pm mind you and since we had to have the windows open because it was HOT I am sure our family got a bit loud but it wasn't a freaking party it was just a large family. If you have a problem with the noise, come knock on the door and address an adult. That is the respectable thing to do. There were portable fans in every room that were lets say, USED. They didn't really adjust and they were a bit filthy. So new fans please or just you know clean them.
