You will stay in an apartment of 35 m2 renovated for two years. TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour : l'appartement est trĂšs bien placĂ© pour peu que vous connaissiez la Grande Motte. En cet hiver, il faut tout de mĂȘme un peu de temps pour chauffer l'appartement (historiquement, ils ont Ă©tĂ© conçus pour des rĂ©sidents estivaux) mais rien de rĂ©dhibitoire. Les Ă©changes ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bons tant avec M Rossi (service de conciergerie) qu'avec les propriĂ©taires.

Endroit calme et frais grùce à la clim'! Par contre on entend assez bien les voisins du dessus. Le ménage a laissé à désirer. Poubelle pas vidée! Nous n'avons pas reçu , ni effectué d'inventaire avec l'agent. Nous avons du faire confiance. Ni reçu de "reçu" en échange des cautions, mais nous les avons récupérées sans aucun soucis! mais si on peut on y reviendra.

TrÚs bon séjour sauf pour la reception des clefs

Appartement propre avec clim environnement excellent avec plage pas loin et les commercants qui vont bien également , sauf bémols reçu les clefs a plus de 19h00 (agent immobilier pas disponible il etait a la plage)900km de route arrivé 13h pour ns sans commentaire.
