Holiday Home 'Les Ailliers' with Mountain View

Located in La Chaudière at the foot of the Trois Becs mountains at 870 m altitude, this 95 m² holiday home welcomes up to 7 guests. It features a spacious living room with fireplace and sofa bed, and a large, well-equipped kitchen with wood stove. The house offers three large bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Each room has electric heaters with thermostats.



The living room and kitchen open onto a large private terrace with stunning views of the Trois Becs massif.



The property is surrounded by nature, set in a 17th-century Provençal stone farmhouse on a 28-hectare family estate. The farmhouse includes two separate holiday homes divided by a large inner courtyard, accommodating up to 15 guests for family or group stays.



On-site parking is available. Pets are welcome. Private events are permitted.



The farmhouse is at the crossroads of the Drôme Valley and Drôme Provençale, offering peace and quiet just 370 metres from the village. You are 10 km from Saillans and the Drôme river, 20 km from Crest, 30 km from Die, and 16 km from Bourdeaux. The location is ideal for hiking directly from the property and offers excellent climbing spots. The farmhouse is close to the Saoû forest and its unique perched syncline.



Final cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge.
