Ideally located on the Passeo de Riells, this apartment is perfect for a family with children.

It features a very large terrace with stunning sea views.
Inside, there are two bright bedrooms. Linens and towels are provided.

A living/dining room opening onto the terrace allows you to enjoy meals indoors.

A bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and washing machine is located between the two bedrooms.

A fully equipped kitchen is located at the entrance of the apartment.

At the heart of the residence is a communal swimming pool and a private garage for secure and convenient parking.

L'Escala is a small fishing village located south of the Gulf of Roses on the Costa Brava. Its coastline is idyllic, with a mix of fine sandy beaches, rocky shores, pine trees, and crystal-clear water offering a breathtaking spectacle.

The region is rich in activities, both sporting and cultural.
Nearby, you can visit beautiful cities like Barcelona and Girona.
For your stay, linens and towels are provided (beds are made, and there are two towels per person).
This villa is ideal for families with children.
