Could not control air conditioner temperature in the room, it is controlled centrally so the room was very hot. Nice to have a washer dryer in the room.

terrible place, they don't clean and food is terrible. it's very dirty and they have a Frame bragging about hotel rating in reception tells you what kind of hotel this is.

Conveniently Located Hotel/some improvement needed

Overall, it's a great hotel. The location is excellent, the room has convenient amenities like a washing machine, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, and a fridge, perfect for making tea and having some fruit in the evening. While the level of English at the hotel is poor, they have a robot that provides instant translations. What surprised us was that they charged us in advance for all seven nights, which had never happened to us before. The room wasn't cleaned daily, but they changed the towels and took out the trash every day. The Wi-Fi was poor and kept cutting out at night. That said, these were the only things that stood out to us.

Liked our room which had ample space. The location is walkable to a lot of interesting places. The carpet could use a good vacuum especially on the edges. Other than that, all good. Staff were helpful and nice. Street is quiet and the lobby had a nice serene ambiance. I would stay here again.

A wonderful little place. Our room was in the “annex” building across the road, which was whisper quiet - very little street noise could be heard nor noise from other guests. A very secure building also, with swipe card access required throughout. Room was incredible spacious and wonderfully comfortable, the addition of a washer/dryer was also very convenient. The amenities available in the very stylish lobby was a nice touch too. Great location with lots of shops, restaurants, metro stations in easy walking distance. Would absolutely stay again.
