It is located in a great neighborhood. Close to public transportation, lots of dining options. Breakfast was really good. There was a washer dryer in each room that is a plus. Friendly and helpful staff.

A beautiful modern hotel. We loved the provision of a microwave and washer/dryer in our room - it made it very easy to keep on top of our washing and also eat in if we were tired after a long day. Staff were always very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was delicious with Japanese and Western options.

It was a good location for the train station and getting to places but the room itself was noisy not as soundproof as other places. The hotel staff was good and helpful but the rooms could use some work - the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the room temperature was hard to control.

I was beyond underwhelmed

Front desk staff were nice and always greeted guests if they were able. Shower had black mold in spots I cleaned myself with a toothbrush. Hotel room’s carpet was stained in a couple spots and walls were covered in dust, snd stains. One stain I was able to wipe away easily with a tissue, the others seemed ingrained into the wall. Mattress was distorted into three distinct levels from the left, middle and right portions. Cloth furniture was a bit tattered. Ended up catching a fever while staying here, albeit that is likely a coincidence. Would not return, but was able to make do. For the most expensive hotel stay of my trip, I was beyond underwhelmed. It should have been half the price I paid considering what I received.

Room size and the bed is big. 7 eleven is just around the corner. If the hotel can provide a description of subway exit that has an elevator or escalator to the street level will be better to the guest with luggages.

Very clean and quiet. Lovely nightly Sake tasting and snacks. The staff were phenomenal in helping me with a Medical emergency with my mother. They helped me navigate getting an ambulance and helped with translation and communication. I couldn’t be more grateful for their help.
