Loves: 1.10 minute walk from Kyoto Station. 2. Washing/drying machine in the room. 3. Kitchen with pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils. Microwave and small table oven. 4. Bunk bed! REALLY spatious! 5. Lots of restaurant in the area Not so much love but it's not a deal breaker: 1. No window view. We ended up with the emergency window which was frosted. 2. the staff did not know the area very well. We were led in the wrong direction when we were looking for a place that was literally around the area. It could be that the staff was new.

The hotel is located in a centralised area. It's about 10-15 min walk to Kyoto station/Umekoji park/Aquarium/Wholesale market/Don Quijote. There are a few bus stops near the hotel so it's very convenient to travel around. Plus points with the washing machine and microwave in the hotel. In addition, the hotel is using digital lock so you don't have to worry losing the room card.
