Its definitely an older resort which is kept at exceptional shape. The service of all staff has been really remarkable and is at a 5-star plus level, very lind and personal. The breakfast and other dining options were very good and offered a good mix of western & Asian cuisine. The pool has been decent and large. The gym has been ok. The location is good and in decent walking distance to further restaurants and shops and obviously the beach.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and a serene atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Yuliasari. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Her attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and genuine care for guests truly made a difference. Whether it was special requests for my partners birthday, a stunning bouquet of flowers delivered to our room, a collage of photos on our mirror or ensuring I had everything I needed, Yuliasari’s dedication was evident. The facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic pool area, swim up bar and delicious dining options that catered to every palate. The overall ambiance of the hotel created a relaxing oasis where I could unwind and enjoy my vacation. I cannot thank Yuliasari and the entire team at The Stones enough for making my stay so special. We like the location of the hotel. The food and drink at the hotel are dear but the Happy hour 12-6 was great value. We had a conversation with Yuli who is a customer experience officer and she was wonderful. She asked for our feedback the second day at the buffet breakfast and we asked if we could have more water and toilet paper in our room and that was no issue for her to organise. We received extra paper and water in our room the next day. The only criticism i do have about the hotel is that if you pay cash at the pool bar you are hounded to pay straight away instead of at least waiting for us to finish our first drink. It was a bit frustrating as they had our room number. A suggestion that would be great would be to have an air conditioned area that has a couple pool tables and a nice bar as it is very hot playing pool in the area the pool table is currently located. People would probably stay around the hotel grounds a lot more as there isnt much to do at the hotel once the pool closes. Overall the hotel is worth staying at.

Absolutely loved staying at The Stones Legian, Bali. The staff are humble, lovely and respectful, always happy and greet you everytime they see you. The breakfast buffet is amazing and again the staff are very very welcoming. This is the best hotel we have stayed at yet.
