Highly recommend this hotel. We had such a great time and enjoyed every second of it. Especially for the Spa after a long hike to Batur volcano, great masseuses. I want to give an especial shout out to Pirlo who took care of our necessities in the most professional way. We’ll definitely be back!

Incredibly overpriced for what is meant to be a 4 star hotel. The staff are equal to the friendliest I have encountered in Bali, however even this cannot make up for the pricing, poor communication and exceptionally dated rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kuta! The staff were incredibly hospitable, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was good—close to the beach and attractions. The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight, offering great views and relaxation. Highly recommend for a fantastic Bali experience!
