Das Wetter war nicht das beste, sind öfter nass geworden. Leider funktionierte die Heizung nicht, so daß das Haus von innen feucht und die Klamotten klamm wurden. Auch ein warmes Badezimmer am Morgen hat seinen Charme. Der herbei gerufene Techniker stellte fest, das die Vorlauftemperatur der Heizung bei 72C lag, im Haus aber nur ca. 32C ankamen. Sprachs und verschwand. Bei 40C Temperaturunterschied kann man von einem gravierenden Fehler ausgehen. Die Vermieter erzählten etwas von Nachtabsenkung und Außentemperatursteuerung, Unsinn. Habe selbst fünf Jahre in dem Bereich gearbeitet. Wenn bei Ausstattung, Komfort eine Heizung aufgeführt wird, sollte diese auch funktionieren. Gilt auch für den Patio. Von dem war weit & breit nichts zu sehen. Garten bedeutet hier 4m² Rasen, 4m² Terrasse und 2m² Buchsbaumhecke. Vom Nachbarhochhaus und den anderen Ferienwohnungen aus hat man immer interessierte Zuschauer.Bettwäsche & Handtücher kosten extra, bei anderen Vermietern wird darauf hingewiesen. Internet hatte zwei Tage Totalausfall, auch zwischenzeitlich Probeme. Je nach Anbieter schlechter Mobilempfang, so daß Datenvolumen nichts nutzt.Das Haus selbst ist komplett ausgestattet, es mangelt an nichts, es gibt sogar eine Teekanne, das ist selten. Mit funktionierender Heizung ok, so nein danke.

Geschmackvolles Haus , mit guter Ausstattung.

Das Gartenhaus, ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Vom Nudelsieb über eine Reibe bis zum Sparschäler war alles da. Kleine Löffel fehlten, die wurden sofort vorbei gebracht. Auch die nicht funktionierenden Lampen in der Küche wurden sofort repariert. Der Herd und Backofen sind einfach und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad , was mit einem großen Fenster gut gelüftet werden kann waren wir etwas enttäuscht. In der Dusche waren die Dichtungen mit schwarzem Schimmel belegt. An der Wand waren übergestrichene Stockflecken und an einigen Stellen löst sich die Tapete. Die Reinigungskräfte sollten einfach etwas gründlicher putzen. Besonders in den Schlafzimmern war es bei unserer Ankunft sehr staubig. Die Betten und Matratzen sind super, die Kissen und Decken jedoch etwas muffig. Nahversorger wie Edeka , Lidl und netto zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Hübsches Ferienhaus

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich die direkte Umgebung mit dem Neubeublock ist nicht so einladend. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und zum Bahnhof der Molli Bahn.
