Unfortunately, my experience at Hyatt House KL was very disappointing. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, and the overall service was well below expectations. I expected much better from a Hyatt property—definitely would not recommend

This hotel was fine for a couple of nights stay - wouldn't not recommend purchasing breakfast though as many options better quality and local to the hotel. The hotel breakfast was very disappointing and even though we paid for 3 days breakfast we only went 1 day for breakfast as it was not good. Otherwise the hotel was safe, quiet, clean and in good location.
