Good morning. I was awaken by loud multiple calls to my hotel room at midnight, I ignored it & continued to sleep. Later I heard knockings at my door, I ignore it and try to sleep. Then I heard card tapping sound, doorknob opening up at my door! I hid behind the blanket, pretending to sleep... The culprit(s) tried to push through the safety door guard, ignoring the "Not To Disturb" sign at my door! 😱 I think the culprit piped through the door gap, with the TV still on, with some light from the bathroom, toilet & building outside, no sound then the door closed... 🙏😰 Two more phone calls came ringing to my room again, then it stops... 🙏 I continued to hear steps & knocking sound in the hotel. Complete silence at 1am, then I woke up to go pee & check my room... I'll report this incident to the hotel reception otw out after my breakfast. Very scary! Let's hope there's no victim... 🙏 Next morning i found out is the staff doing all the above

3 nights stay at Hotel Royal KL

Good location near monorail and subway line. Opposite Sungei Wang Plaza and next to Lot 10 Mall. Nearby is the Pavilion shopping centre. Plenty of food to choose nearby. Room is nice and clean. However, toilet area needs a bit upgrading. Would be nice if can provide a hand towel instead of just bath towels, as basin area can be wet after using the tap.

Staff were nice and helpful. The room was exactly what I needed during my stay. Breakfast each morning on Level M was delicious and filling. Convenient location to Bukit Bintang Station, shops and dinning around the area.

I didn’t like that there isn’t a free parking lot for me to park my car. I have to pay RM20 for the valet service and for a 4 star hotel, I expect the parking to be free. In addition, I found my car have several scratches on the side and the bonnet. I would expect for a 4 star hotel, the staffs will take better care of the guest’s properties as well. Consider covering each car with a car protector. This will surely increase my future confidence with the hotel.
