ホテルはとても綺麗で設備も充実していました。 ただし部屋の予約に手違いがあり、代わりに用意された部屋は人数分のベッドもなく、また差額の返金にも応じてもらえずスイートルームを楽しみにしていた分だけガッカリしました。 フロントの方々は非常に親身に手助けしてくれましたが、iHost社さん？は連絡もほとんど通じずかなり不安感があります。
