The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious
For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldnât even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasnât working
Great accomodation
Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews
Absolute shame - will book a hotel next time because of this!

ArrivĂ©e catastrophique, pas de lobby et rien nâest expliquĂ© nulle part
Il faut finalement appeler une personne qui descend et vous demande de lui payer une caution, en espĂšces uniquement
Personne plutĂŽt antipathique et menaçante quand nous lui expliquons que nous nâavons pas de cash.. il nous impose finalement dâaller retirer dehors !
La chambre est minuscule mais propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, par contre il y a une odeur dâĂ©gouts Ă vomir dans la salle de douche ..
Belle piscine mais équipements qui semblent pourtant neufs sont déjà cassés ⊠( vélos dans la piscine ) avec agent de sécurité agressif qui vous demande ce que vous faites ici ⊠pas de serviette à disposition pour la piscine ni de possibilité de petit déjeuner.
Voisins de chambre extrĂȘmement bruyants⊠bref je ne recommande pas du tout cet Ă©tablissement !
