delayed service waited 24 hours and second time ask for just basic hotel slippers and dental kit. The reception was not friendly for an international chain of hotels. Asking for anything to them felt like a task.

The hotel and its amenities are new and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of space for luggage storage which is always very appropriate. The beds are big and comfortable - including the pillows - and rooms the rooms are well designed and functional!

Breakfast was standard continental breakfast options, therefore was pricy for what was provided. Property was clean but door slamming could be heard throughout all hours of the night. Immediate area around hotel has quite the vibe and a little out of the way from transit or the downtown hub. Overall a nice hotel that’s worth staying at for the right price.

Room was spacious, clean and bed was super comfortable! Hotel had great service and location was great for getting into the old town. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Bonus of being able to play a game of pool when coming back to the room.
