We loved the hotel, highly recommend, staff were lovely, breakfast was plentiful, room was spotless,10 minute walk to the Old Town, 10 Minute walk the the train station, 15 minute walk to Hero Square and in the Jewish Quarter, the only gripe is you need to put a signpost to the Hotel near the Synagogue as it was difficult to find initially, we would definately return if we go to Krakow again

This hotel was lovely. Nothing really bad to say about it to be honest. Room was spotless and cleaned promptly each day. Staff were all friendly and professional. We didn’t use the restaurant at all but the bar area was nice and reasonably priced. The only issue was the distance to the main square if you’re not fond of walking, we didn’t mind though, got some exercise in to work off all the good food we ate! Would highly recommend.

Hotel is nice and room was clean but it is basic for what is a 4 star hotel. The air conditioning did not work and the room was very warm. There was no minibar in room, despite being asked if we’d used anything from it. The bathroom skirting light remains on despite electrics being switched off - these could’ve been specific issues with our room only but an honest review.

The Hotel is in a great vibrant location for evenings and a 15 mins walk from the old town. Clean spacious bedroom, with clean facilities. Breakfast very well presented with many options. The stalk are very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Krakow

Check-in was friendly and available services explained. Room was spotless and well set out, good amount of drawers, shelves and hanging space. Room was a nice temperature and very quiet, no disturbance from adjoining rooms either. The carpets throughout rooms and the hallway act as very effective soundproofing. Didn't try the restaurant as I like more vegan choices but food looked very nice. Bar had some lovely wines, price as expected for the hotel so no complaints from us. Great area around the hotel, a good vibe, many bars and restaurants, no noise disturbance, felt very safe. Easy walk to Old Town and close to tram network. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others. Fantastic value for money.
