What a lovely hotel - welcoming staff - right in the square - exactly where we wanted to be - with the Christmas market and festivities. Our Room was absolutely perfect - breakfast was whatever you chose and great and every member of staff so helpful. The driver that took us to the salt mine was so nice and knowledgable - a really great day we had. Cannot recommend high enough - a really good choice for us and we will be returning again .Thank you so much for a great stay .

Room was clean, wee bit tired round the edges but bed really comfortable and free prosecco on arrival and free (non alcohol) mini bar was very welcome. Hotel in prime position on the main square. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good - good choice and option of a hot breakfast. Bed comfortable. Shower excellent, but a shower cap would have been useful. My main complaint would be the poor lighting. It was impossible to read a book.
