Our experience at this property has been a mix of great location and friendly service, but with a few challenges along the way.
Check-in had a bit of a hiccup. We had booked a king room but were initially assigned a double-double instead. After some discussion with the front desk, they confirmed our reservation was indeed for a king room. While none were available at first, they worked to find a solution and eventually moved us. They even considered it an upgrade, as this room included a jacuzzi on the balcony. Though it felt a bit smaller than our original room, we appreciated their effort to accommodate us.
Unfortunately, this room had issues with the restroom flush, so we had to be moved again. Thankfully, the new room was really nice, with amazing views that made up for the inconvenience.
The property itself has a charming feel, but it’s very outdated and in need of serious maintenance.
That being said, the location is absolutely stunning, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent, though not exceptional.
Overall, the beautiful surroundings and welcoming staff give this place a lot of potential. With some much-needed updates and better upkeep, it could be a fantastic experience.
