Great location. Close to a metro station easy to get around the city. Lots of local restaurants nearby and conveince stores on the doorstep. Room was great. Good size and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good customer service as they helped us recover our lost luggage which was much very appreciated. Would look to stay here again when I return to Hong Kong.

The room was clean but had a strong medicinal smell. The amenities are good, but I had a difficult time opening the safe. Breakfast offered a variety of options including a delicious noodle soup and steamed dumplings! The staff was very nice and helpful!

Amazing location. A21 airport bus, metro, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. Laundrette just outside. Very easy to get around hong kong. Breakfast not included but don't bother as can get sandwiches or other options for half the price very close to the hotel. One bad thing, water dispensing machines only in lobby, they should be on each floor. This gets annoying after finishing each day of sight seeing.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Very spacious room with a great view. The location is superb too, right besides the metro, shops and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and nice. The young guy at the concierge went extra mile to help me. I wanted a taxi to go to Shenzhen right away but there is no taxi waiting outside and he’s not sure if any taxi would come soon if he called them so he went outside to search for taxis until he found one. He also took me to the taxi, helped me with my luggage, and told me I should get a receipt from the taxi driver when I arrive. I cannot thank him enough for this. Thank you very much! What a wonderful experience! I will definitely stay there again!

Staffs were great. Location is great. Room is adequate but looks old and tired. No amenities. Pretty much bring everything yourself other than the towels. Going to the lift on the ground floor, you have to pass the kitchen. Can be smelly.
