This was an AWESOME spot, the host and chef service was GREAT. This was an AWSEOME stay I abosolutely love the villa but there are a few issues that need to be addressed. The outdoor furnishings are disgusting and soiled and this is from long term use, bed linen and towels are very worn and mildew and blood were found on pillows, the floors have not been swept in a long time and dusting, forget about it. Cleaning and maintenance seems minimal, light switches broken, weather strip missing from doors(I literally sat looking out through the crack that is 2or3 inches wide. Kichen drawers are a mess, cooking appliances are nasty, which explains the roaches and mouse and droppings in the pantry.There are random people that just show up but dont really serve a purpose, i.e a "gardener popped up but there was no need for it during our stay, pool guy on day 3/4 then lets not forget this random plumber or whatever pulls a cloth from the plumbing system showing it to us right after we checked in, this guy paraded this nasty piece around even entering the kitchen with it whilst the cooks worked, that was beyond me. Pool deck needs pressure washing, steps to the beach are unstable. Awesome stay we refer that we were "glamping" but not worth the price especially with all the foot traffic, rats and roaches. DEFINITELY needs a little TLC. TOILET PAPER, dont forget it
