This beautifully upgraded condo is meticulously cared for by the owners and it’s the first time in years that they have made this condo available for rental.

While this unit enjoys a garden view from the lanai, the resort itself is situated right on the ocean bluff and unit 4104 is tucked away, located below ground level in the quietest area of the complex. This is a single level fully upgraded condo with only one flight of stairs from the parking level. Easy to carry your luggage and groceries. Cozy and comfortable in a very relaxing ambience. When you arrive, you will be welcomed with a tropical basket of goodies. The large garden lanai is an ideal place to enjoy beautiful sunrises, spend your breakfast, lounge, or bask in the sun, magnificent moon rises and stars at night. Feel at home cooking your favorite meal in an upgraded designer’s kitchen. The amenities include saltwater swimming pool which is a few minutes’ walk, and you can take a dip in the jacuzzi after a whole day’s excursion. During sunsets, you can take a few minutes’ walk to The Point to see the picturesque Poipu coastline and Niihau (the forbidden Island) from the distance. Sit on the bench at the Pointe and enjoy the sea life or just have cocktails while enjoying the ocean and feel the sea breezes. When you get back to the condo, you can have dinner in the spacious kitchen. The split system AC has just been installed for your convenience. If you just want to spend the lazy day in the condo, a highchair is provided on the lanai to give a beautiful glimpse of the turquoise blue water of the Pacific Ocean. Other amenities in the complex include outdoor BBQ and tennis court. A short ride or doable walk from the property provides more surfing, snorkeling and wave boarding opportunities. Poipu also hosts an array of restaurants, shopping experiences, famous golf courses, and farmers markets.
