Don’t book this hotel!

It’s terrible stay in Thailand, a place of hospitality. The front desk staff was not helpful at all. I arrived at Samui at about 8 o’clock. I was so rush to book some activity trip for the next day. I asked the girl for more details. She just said “ sorry, ALL those office are closed. Let’s do the check in first.” She was not trying to help. After check in, I found that there were three travel agents were opening at that time! There were few more times that I found that girl was a machine only. She was not here to give help! Most of all, don’t try to use, or even look at, the water pot! It was HORRIBLE! I tried to use it. When I wanted to wash it before use, gosh, the inner surface was full of dust, or water dirt, or...... I dunno what it was. Just can say, it’s full of something that made me disgusted!

Lovely hotel close to the centre with lots of shops and restaurants near by. Room was lovely and spacious. Unfortunately shower is cold and not very powerful but otherwise I can’t fault it. We had a lovely stay here.

Great location

Lovely hotel in a great location next to the main road and 60 second walk to the beach. Live bands in the bar and staff were really helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were great, room was clean. I was made to feel welcome. I could check in early and out late. The hotel is central to lots of resturants and a short walk to main area of chaweng beach. Th shower was luke warm but that was ok for me.

Great location in Chaweng just a short walk from the beach and Central Mall. The staff were nice and the room was quite large and modern. The big problem here was the air conditioning which repeatedly failed throughout our stay. It went off 3 nights out of 6 we stayed. We were offered an alternative room for the last night but didn't want any more disturbed nights so checked out.

Great value and great location, across the road from the beach. Nice big rooms with super strong aircon - a little too powerful for me! But really, if that’s the only complaint you’re doing pretty well!

Blanket charge

This hotel started off being awesome, the air con, staff welcome and cleanliness was superb and it was situated in perfect walking distance of everything you’d need BUT on the second day not only had the safe decided to lock itself shut (which isn’t really the hotel’s fault in a bad way) but my Mrs has some of her ‘wash out’ hair dye leak onto the pillow case and duvet cover which they insisted on charging us the equivalent of 24 quid for (that’s after an apparent deal to soften the blow from 30 quid) WiFi was available but pretty weak. Other than that I’d still stay here again as it was very comfortable but I wouldn’t buy their food as it was overpriced and so was the laundry charge scam, the toilet roll was thin and my finger almost went through so double up if you stay here

This has to be one of the best value hotels in Koh Samui. Yes there is no pool but the staff are terrific and so friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

Decent hotel with a nice enough location. Quick walk to the beach, shopping and many food options. Only complaint is that the walls were paper thin and it was very loud. The door separating the room from the hallway is very thin and you could hear everything. Woke up a few times from noise.

A quaint and lovely place to stay in. It's a 7min walk to the the night life where the popular bars and pubs are so it is a good distance away from the noise. Really convenient with local massages and convenient stores all around. If you are looking to get some shopping done, the outlets are right across the street! The staff were all warm and friendly, and they always checked if everything was alright for me. Special mention to Tor, who was attentive and friendly. Another lady whose name I didn't manage to get ( she had long braids) was very welcoming as well. They definitely made my stay more enjoyable. Thank you City Dance team :)
