Room was clean. Room size was decent. We got nice Mt. Fuji view. Amenities were amazing including onsen. The location is bit further from Kawaguchiko station and the buses stop running at 5.30 so we had to rely on Cab in the evening. Breakfast did not have enough western options/ vegetarian options.

部屋のトイレで女性が使用するサニタリーBOXの 蓋の上に髪の毛が一本ですが 落ちていて、、それが残念でした。 おそらくですが、 蓋の上は拭いてないのだなと思いました。 使用済みのナプキンを入れるBOXなので、 髪の毛が落ちている、ない、の前に 蓋を開けて使用するので、拭いたり等 清掃して欲しかったです。

Great hotel room, with an amazing view of Mt Fuji. The staff is also very friendly, the room very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was a great choice with many different dishes and local food. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay. We didn’t book a Mt. Fuji view, but we still really enjoyed the view from our room. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made our visit very pleasant. Thank you for the great stay!

We booked the Fuji View Room — great location! It’s only a 10-minute bus ride to the visitor shuttle bus station. The onsen was wonderful. After 3–4 days of sightseeing in Japan, my feet were pretty sore, and the onsen helped a lot.

Very clean hotel, beautiful views from room. Rooms are spacious, very clean and supplied with nice pajamas. Great onsen with an outdoor area too. Coin laundry on site. Very friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

It was okay overall but unfortunately it wasn't clean the hygiene was really poor, there was hair in the bath tub, I even found hair inside the kettle, the room was really hot and we couldn't adjust the temperature. The view of Mount Fuji was amazing though.
