Super clean room!! Excellent service!!!

The room was very clean and that was important for myself and the kids we’ve done these mini staycations in a lot of different places in Knoxville. The pools were always nice, but the rooms were disgusting, but that was not the case at the Crown Plaza beautiful lobby clean hotel will be back.

Properly is loud if you get a room near elevator. Staf was going to call to move us but never followed up so we had to deal with it. Black out curtains don't cover whole window so light hits your eyes very early in the morning.

The property is in a great location, the room was incredibly clean, great room updates, absolutely love the no carpet floors, can’t beat the location, staff was incredible including checking in to make sure all was well throughout the stay and they let me check in a little early which was incredibly helpful! Will def stay again!
