Our apartment (No. 2) on the 1st And 2. Upper floor, is located in the small village of Oberhof, near the long sandy beach of Wohlenberger Wieck. The rural surroundings with forests and fields invite you to go hiking and cycling. A riding stable is only 50 meters away and your dog can romp around to your heart's content on the nearby beach. The quiet apartment is fully furnished. The separate entrance is on the back in the courtyard. The courtyard is shared between the two apartments. Since the apartment is spread over 2 floors, which can be reached via a spiral staircase, there is a personal dressing area on the ground floor with a closet, shoe cupboard and large mirror There is no need to carry suitcases to the sleeping area. In the sleeping area there are 3 beds and a cot available.
In the living room there is the possibility of another bed on the couch. Start your well-deserved vacation relaxed and stress-free. Parking spaces are available on the property. In a few minutes you can reach the city of Klütz with its numerous sights, as well as the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. A small dog is also possible here, for € 3.00 / day). Final cleaning flat rate € 65.00 per stay.

Urlaub im Grünen

Ein entspanntes Wochenende vor den Toren Boltenhagens liegt hinter uns. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Genug vernünftige Schlafmöglichkeiten, Platz, vollausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Wendeltreppe war gewöhnungsbedürftig aber auch das haben wir und die Hunde gut gemeistert. Dann eingezäunten Innenhof konnten auch die Vierbeiner immer ein wenig frei laufen. Fahrräder wurden gestellt, wodurch auch die Kinder eigenständig an den in max. 2 Kilometer entfernten Strand fahren konnten. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine tolle Unterkunft

Es fehlte in der Wohnung wirklich an garnichts. Wir waren fasziniert von der sehr guten Ausstattung der Küche. Alles war sehr sauber! Das W-LAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Das einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, war ein Schlüssel zum Badezimmer/Klo. Wir haben die Fahrräder sehr gerne genutzt, um zum Strand zu fahren. Die enge Wendeltreppe hat uns nicht gestört. Vielen Dank!!

Super Ferienwohnung !!

Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Es ist reichlich von allem vorhanden. Über Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller, Besteck, Tassen und Gläsern bis hin zu den elektrischen Geräten wie Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Radio und Fernsehen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt klasse. Die größeren Ferienorte sind auf kurzem Wege zu erreichen. Die Möglichkeit zu waschen und zu trocknen ist für Familien mit Kindern spitze. Auch die kostenlose Nutzung der Fahrräder ist sicherlich zu erwähnen. Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist höflich und gut. Der Vermieter antwortet zügig auf Anfragen. Im Ergebnis: Alles superklassespitzentoll!! Gern wieder!

Schöner Mädelsurlaub

Zusammengefasst sehr schön. Wir konnten gut abschalten. Allerdings haben in der Wohnung einige Sachen gefehlt, von denen man eigentlich ausgeht, dass sie vorhanden sind, wie z. B. ein Backblech, was uns den Aufenthalt etwas erschwert hat.

So schön in der Natur

In einer so schön ruhigen Gegend gelegen, alles da was man braucht. Der Strand ist fußläufig und die nächsten Einkaufs- oder Essengehmöglichkeit leicht mit den vorhandenen Fahrädern oder dem PKW zu erreichen. stefan ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Urlaub in Oberhof

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung!! Sehr ruhig in einem beschaulichen Ort mit sehr netten Nachbarn. Dennoch zentral zu den schönen Orten an der Ostsee welche zu Fuß oder mit denn Rädern problemlos zu erreichen sind. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Heidi und André

Alles in allem ok

Die Treppe vom Eingangsbereich in den ersten Stock und ins Dachgeschoss zu eng und die Deckenhöhe im Wohnzimmer ca. 1.90 m. Die Küche war bis auf die fehlende Kaffeemaschine tiptop und das Bad groß und mit Waschmaschine. Richtig toll sind die Fahrräder im Schuppen, die haben wir einige Male benutzt, um an die Ostsee oder nach Klütz zu fahren.

Schöner Sitzplatz im Hinterhof. Standort gut geeignet für Ausflüge. Leider war kein DVD-Player vor Ort. Ein TV-Gerät funktionierte nicht. Die sehr engen Wendeltreppen sind eher nur für „Fuß-Gesunde“ gut zu bewältigen.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von schönen Stränden

Das Objekt war ideal für unsere Familie. Für Mobilitätseingeschränkte ist es wegen der engen Wendeltreppen nicht zu empfehlen, für uns waren sie toll. Die Aufteilung in die Etagen war super und die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir fahren sehr gerne wieder hin. Die Gegend bietet vom Strand bis zur Kultur auch alles.

Nette, saubere, kleine Wohnung. Es war alles da was man benötigt. Vorhof war eher ungepflegt, teilweise kaputte Möbel. Das Fahrräder da waren, war super. Eher ältere Modelle, aber haben ihren Zweck erfüllt. Haben Sie jeden Tag genutzt.

Sehr saubere Dachgeschosswohnung. Uns allen hat es sehr gefallen. Schöne Lage zum Wasser.

Kleiner Hinterhof mit Grill und genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten für einen gemütlichen Abend. Fahrräder waren vorhanden die auch für mehrere Touren genutzt wurden. Kleine Wohnung mit viel Platz für bis zu 7 Personen.

Unterkunft ist nett eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der kaum vorhandene Mobilfunk Empfang wird durch schnelles WiFi ausgeglichen. Das eigene Auto steht direkt neben der Unterkunft. Leider kann es vorkommen, dass man von den Mietern der zweiten Ferienwohnung zugeparkt wird. Das bedarf etwas Abstimmung und klappt mal besser und mal schlechter.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Nähe zum Strand

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, modern eingerichtet und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreicht und eignet sich durch das flache Wasser hervorragend für kleine Kinder. Insgesamt bietet die Wohnung ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
