The location is excellent if you're wanting to be in the downtown core. Parking availability at the hotel was an important factor for me and their parking price was affordable. Only thing that threw me off was the lack of a second glass shower door. Water was spraying out onto floor and wall. Cool recreation spot in basement with bowling, Mini putting and arcade. Indoor pool was clean. Would definitely stay there again.

A pleasant and helpful front desk. A clean and quiet room. A tasty breakfast in the morning. The only issue was an elevator that seemed to be out-of-service for the duration of my stay that had no signage to let guests know it wasn’t working properly. We had an amazing stay. The staff was terrific especially Carol in the dining room. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth buying. The service was terrific! The breakfast buffet had such wonderful and delicious options. The hotel is very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet. We highly, highly recommend anyone staying here!!

Hotel was great - very good staff and very clean. Excellent breakfast buffet! Air conditioning far too cold - it was freezing in all of the common areas. Area around the hotel a little rough after dark, but you can walk to nearby Victoria park which was nice area.
