I had a great stay. The location is perfect, right by the water and close to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly. My room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Kingston.

Canada Day celebrations in downtown Kingston.

The front entrance into the building with no ramp is very awkward. For those people who are wheelchair bound , their entrance is through a side door around the corner off a side street. Not good!! Otherwise, our stay was pleasant and cheerful. The hotel location was idea for Canada Day celebrations. It was downtown on the shores of Lake Ontario The staff was very helpful and courtesy. Our room was clean and comfortable but very small.

Overall great experience at the hotel, great location, comfortable, good shower, location is awesome, close to everything in the downtown kingston. The parking of the hotel didn't work for us because our SUV was big, but we had parking spots at the front of the hotel which was I believe 17 dollars a day and you can buy more than one day if needed.

The breakfast staff packed up 2 of the most substantial breakfast boxes to take on our way containing 2 hard boiled eggs, juice, fruit cup, cheese. Truly amazing.
