Parking was sufficient, and the property and room was clean. However, the grounds around the other nearby hotels and the abandoned buildings behind your property is unsightly. Additionally, if check-in is at 3:00, new check-ins shouldn’t be expected to wait 10+ minutes at the front desk for someone to come and check them in.

Lied about pet fee.

The place is nice, as expected since it costs twice what we usually pay for overnight accommodation. Really mad about the deception on the pet fee. Clearly stated, “pets stay free”, then at check-in, there’s a $50 fee! Making the cost $240 per night.
