One positive was the very friendly front desk staff. The room was ok, we had no hot water during the stay, the hall lights are always on and shown through the room door during the night, which was annoying. The food wasn't great either. The hotel itself seems old, the carpets well worn, etc..

Lovely spacious apartment,with laundry facilities.only downside was had an extremely poor shower...no water pressure only a dribble!!!.Did report this so hopefully sorted for next guests. We had 2 nights here and so glad we chose Kingscote as it is closer to the main attractions of the island. The Seaview room was spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was lovely and quite reasonable. Highly recommend.

Fantastic spacious and super clean room with ocean views and a spa. Staff were friendly and good at the pub was great. I strongly recommend walking down to the jetty as we saw a handful of seals laying on rocks to the right of the jetty.
