Beds comfortable. Clean and decorated. Suite is odd. Expected a living room area and it was just another bedroom. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Exterior entrance not interior hall. Back of room faced an alley. Windows did not seem secure and could not get curtains to completely come together. Could see outside light all around the entrance door frame.

FINALLY A GREAT MOTEL

Everything was clean. Towels and washcloths were great, slip mats clean, water pressure and drain worked well. Plenty of trash cans, cups for water and coffee, great beds and pillows. Upgraded furniture. 2 suitcase racks, thank you! Best breakfast with helpers available. View of my car from room. I feel safe here. Train noise may bother someone not use to it. Ambience!

My husband and I really liked the overall cleanliness of the property and the spaciousness of the room. Good sized chair for reading, and a separate desk and chair with good lighting throughout. Very pleased with everything-including nice staff, very good hot breakfast, well maintained room and grounds and quiet atmosphere. Will definitely stay here when we visit Kingman again!
