Everything was clean and neat, it had everything you would need for a short stay and was close to everything. Definitely recommend!!

The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and Katie was very sweet, making sure we arrived okay and had everything we needed. The place is close enough to the beach that you can bike, and centrally located for most outer banks excursions, so I would definitely stay again and recommend it to other people!

Quiet and Convenient

Katie was very thoughtful and left lots of great conveniences including boogie boards and bikes. Quiet location but very close to everything. We had a great time.

Awesome place to stay!

Katie was more than accommodating for everything we needed! Beach supplies , snacks, toiletries. It was a beautiful spot for me and my girlfriend to spend our anniversary and you have plenty of privacy !

Paradise Found at Paradise Cottage

The cottage was perfect, had everything we needed and a wonderful place to disconnect and unwind and very close to OBX's beautiful beaches. Katie is an amazing host and we can't wait to return.

S wonderful. It is perfect for a couple, or couple with young kid. The host also had it stocked with the essentials, toilet paper, paper towels water, and even a few snacks, so you would be okay to come to the house first, then do your shop. Towels, sheets, all was provided and clean, and the decor is very nice as well. I will definetley stay again any year I go with only my husband and son. Great place.

OBX Gem

Fabulous quiet spot in the heart of OBX. Plenty of easy access to public beaches, hiking and local foodie spots. The cottage is very comfortable, cozy, clean and full of terrific amenities. Katie is gracious, very friendly and provided us with great recommendations. A must stay when visiting OBX.

Weekend Getaway

This property was very secluded but close to all the great restaurants, beaches and activities which made my first Mother’s Day a great experience. The host was very attentive when I asked questions and the condo was very clean and modern. My family of 3 will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful!

This was our first trip to Outer Banks. My two teenagers (13 and 14) and I. They did not want to leave. The cottage was stunning, the area quiet and still close to everything. Katie was an amazing host with great suggestions on where to visit!

Cozy cottage

This little cottage was perfect for the two of us! Great location, close enough to everything (shopping, food, etc.), but private at the same time. Quiet neighborhood! So clean, comfy bed, and private backyard area with access to a grill, hammocks, and bicycles. Katie is absolutely the sweetest host ever with tons of helpful information. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Perfect experience!

The cottage was a perfect stay for my husband and I weekend vacation. Everything was so nice and clean and so comfortable! Location was perfect very close to the beach and restaurants. Perfect spot on the Outerbanks! Easy to get up to Corolla to see the wild mustangs or easy to go down to Nags Head! Easy access to the beach and sound! Katie was awesome! Was able to let us check in early and had the place stocked with coffee and snacks! Such a thoughtful host! Thanks for the perfect place!

Perfect spot!

The single room was spacious and attractively appointed. Everything was sparkling clean, and there were even fresh flowers! Katie was a marvelous hostess, letting us borrow some additional kitchen items and directing us to medical care for others in our party not staying in her place. The location has everything a person could want in easy access. I highly recommend for 2 people.

This place has everything!

This cottage is perfect. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. It is right next door to the owners home, but she does everything possible to make sure there is privacy. There were snacks and drinks in the fridge which were welcomed after our long drive. The owner even brought over another beach chair when she noticed my daughter was with us. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay all around

This is the best place I have stayed since I have been coming to the outer banks. Katie was the best host. She supplied us with a goodie bag and welcoming snacks and drinks. Anytime I needed something she was a short messages away and was so fast to respond. Katie gave us our privacy along with being so attentive. Already plan on coming back in August.
