The walls are so thin it’s like you’re staying with the guest next to you. Dresser was falling apart, everything is in desperate need of an update and if you get back late good luck finding a parking spot.

Initially I was quite pleased at the cleanliness of the room. The amenities were a good value as well as the room size and the oceanfront location. Unfortunately the room had a bug problem that was never fully remedied during my stay. Nobody was available to address the issue with roaches in the first night I was there. They did come the next day and cleaned the room and supposedly spray for bugs. However on the second night the roaches were back. I did not sleep well and they didn’t have another room available, nor did they offer any compensation for what should be a minimal expectation for any hotel. While the location was great and the property appeared to have undergone some recent updates, I cannot recommend staying here knowing how poorly the only problem I experienced was shrugged off.

There was an issue with the phone system and I was never sent a text when my room was available. They also do not make the beds or clean daily which should be mentioned at check in. Luckily I am a person who hangs my towels so I had dry towels in the morning.

The room wreaked of smoke, it was imbedded into everything. Not as if one person had smoked in there. This was supposed to be a non smoking room. Myself and my partner are allergic to nicotin smoke. No hot water for the entire stay. Management had us use shower in another suite. Would not give us compensation for the inconvenience nor move us into another suite. Water blew overnight into the room from the entrance door. We had to use towels to clean up the water. No tv remote for bedroom. There was a hole in the wall where someone had apparently opened a door too hard. We did not eat the breakfast because we chose not to walk across the street during the bad weather.

Was ok. Video check in was pretty annoying. Floors were a little sticky, bathroom was a little jenky, plus no hand soap for sink. Tv is basic cable only. But I could see the ocean, and the ocean was great.

Mairiner Inn is a flashback to the days when motels were the place to stay when traveling. Nothing fancy or upscale, just a comfortable place to sleep. Its key selling point is being located on the beach. Rooms are clean. Continental breakfast was basic coffee and pastries. My only complaint was the lack of toilet paper, but the staff quickly resolved.

The room was clean. But the bed was a little hard for my comfort. I really didn’t like the way that you didn’t have a key to open your door to your room but it was okay once I got use to it. Stayed 3 nights never seen house keeping, blood on floor and stairs going to the room. Soap still in soap dish in shower from previous people, sand in sheets and all over the floors. Staff hard to understand when talking to them. Free breakfast was poor. Door was completely rooted out on the bottom, wind blowing in all around the entire door. It's in desperate need for a complete remolding. Sink was cracked dripping water on floor, bath tube was all cracked up, mold on the walls and tile on shower tub surrounding.
