Best Stay in Maui!

We had a wonderful stay in Maui. The location is supreme with the beach literally steps away. Some great snorkeling and lots of turtles. Book this place - you won’t regret it.

Family vacation

Excellent property and location! Condo is well equipped with everything you need. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants across the street. Sunsets are amazing and one of best condo locations in the building. Grounds are well kept! Would absolutely recommend and stay here again

Perfect stay

We stayed in this newly renovated, ocean front condo for 10 days and found it to be ideal. Communication prior to arrival was excellent. The condo was immaculate, the kitchen was amazingly well-stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed near perfect weather, watched the whales from the lanai daily, and appreciated the easy walk to shops and restaurants. Truly, it was a perfect stay!

Great family get away!

This was one of three units that our extended family reserved for Thanksgiving. Grandma and one of her sons and his significant other stayed here and we had two other families in other units. Kamaole Nalu continues to be our favorite location in Kihei and 206 has a really entertaining-friendly set up. The balcony was also the perfect place for Grandma to sit and watch the grandkids (and their grownups) in the pool or even on the beach. The little extras like sand toys and boogie boards were also really appreciated! This will definitely be one of our first choice units for a return trip.

Beautiful view and great location

I admit, I was nervous about renting something that wasn't a hotel, but it looked EXACTLY like the pictures showed! Everything was just like it should have been. The view was absolutely stunning. My family was blown away and very pleased. The beach access is just steps away and the snorkeling right off the balcony was fantastic. The management keeps the site very clean and well manicured. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There is no AC, but there are very large screened windows on each side of the unit that can be opened. While we were there, we had regular breezes though out the day.

Perfect location

The best part of this condo is the way the building is facing giving east south and west views from the lanai, morning sunrises to evening sunsets, the kitchen does not get super hot in the late afternoon. Other favs, comfortable master bedroom king bed, the views and sound of waves from the bed, unlimited ice cube maker, Big sectional sofa, easy access to the pool and beach, great central location, walk to everything. Never saw a bug! No safe as advertised, but felt secure in leaving things in room, overall this condo is a perfect affordable spot in the best location in Kihei, and in the best part of the building.

Perfect location

Ideally located. The property is older but in good repair. The suite is fully stocked with just about everything you might need for your stay (except salt, weirdly). As others have said there is no AC, so keep that in mind. They supply plenty of fans and there are tons of windows. One of the overhead fans failed during our stay and the property managers were extremely responsive. The suite is up to date and clean. There is some minor wear and tear but nothing that was a problem.

Beautiful, well-supplied, just hot

What a nice place! We loved having the corner property with such incredible views of the ocean (and sunsets). Everything in the condo was nice and updated, the beds were comfy, overall excellent. The only thing is that even with the breeze and the windows open and fans on, it got pretty hot in the condo at times, especially in the main bedroom. It was in the 80's while we were in Kihei, and an ac unit (or portable ones for each room maybe?) really would've helped.

This was such a great place to stay. Centrally located, great snorkeling right outside the condo, fantastic beaches, and an incredible view. Highly recommended!

Great location, good space... hot.

This place was almost perfect. The location is superb, truly on the oceanfront. We sat and watched whales from the balcony. The space was just right for the four adults that stayed here. My only complaint is that the master bedroom would get so hot during the day. Didn't matter if you opened or closed the blinds, had the fans running, or had the windows open, it was so hot we couldn't be in there for more than a few minutes. Messaged the owners and didn't hear back until the day before we left. Maybe there aren't "trade winds" in January or we just got unlucky with it being 80 degrees as a high each day, but this for us was unfortunate. At night it would cool down and you could sleep in it, just while it is cooling off you have no privacy. As I mentioned before, the location is perfect. The amenities were just right, the place was clean, and accessing it was a breeze. Throw an a/c unit in this condo and it would be THE perfect Maui getaway.

Great property and location!

Awesome experience at this property and the location was great for all the various beaches and restaurants nearby - walking and driving! The second room did get stuffy without AC and some small critters (which is probably common). Hosts were fast at responding to messages which we appreciated!
