Located in the highly desirable Palms at Wailea, this delightful condo offers a relaxing retreat for guests. This spacious condo sleeps 4 with 1 bedroom featuring a king bed and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. It also has two full bathrooms.

It's upstairs location gives this unit a greater feeling of privacy. The floorplan is open and airy with plenty of room for relaxing on the lanai, playing board games or cards or simply watching the game or reading. As a bonus it has a partial ocean view. This unit has full air conditioning with a split A/C system in the living room and the bedroom. It also has a washer/dryer. It is the perfect place to relax after a fun-filled day exploring Maui.

The kitchen features recently installed stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. It also has a coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker and crock pot. Enjoy your meals al fresco on the spacious lanai or inside at the dining table.

Watch the sunset while strolling on nearby Keawakapu Beach or while relaxing on the spacious lanai while sipping a cool beverage. Spend some time relaxing at the beautiful pool and spa while enjoying the ocean view. The unit is located near the top of the complex which is close to the pool.

It is a three-minute drive, or a 15-minute walk to the famed Wailea Resort shoreline with many upscale shops and restaurants. The Shops at Wailea mall has a nice mix of upscale shops and restaurants along with some budget friendly choices. There is also nearby Kihei - a sun-drenched beach town with restaurants and bars, water sports shops, live music, shopping and beautiful beaches.

Incredible week salt the Palms in this beautiful rental. From start to finish everything went so well. We booked last minute and received a instant confirmation. We arrived to a warm welcome with easy instructions, tips, treats, and a gorgeous modern interior. Units had air conditioning which was a big bonus. Mahalo and hope to rent again soon
