A perfect getaway

This home was just the right place for my husband and I. It’s a short walk to the beautiful beach, and very convenient to stores and Charleston. The home is well maintained, a very good mattress and great seating in the living space and screened in porch. Tyler responded promptly to any of our questions and was a pleasure to deal with. A big thank you to Tyler for changing our week due to illness also. Kiawah is a beautiful island, good walking and bike paths and a great beach.

Kiawah Island Stay

This was a beautiful property and perfect for two people. We were attending a wedding on Kiawah so the location was perfect. The beach is steps away and magnificent. A note to the property manager. Please make sure you have enough bathroom supplies.

Cute, comfortable, steps to beach

Super Clean and comfortable 1bedroom. Small space but lives large with plenty of space for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children with pullout sofa in living area, comfy couches and chairs and screened porch area. Proximity to the beach was excellent, just steps to the boardwalk and thru the dune and you are there.

Awesome beachside condo!

We had an awesome stay here, it’s extremely close to the beach and there’s a beach access a few steps away. There were chairs and and umbrella provided and everything was as described. I will definitely be booking this villa again when I come back. Can’t say enough great things about it.

Great property. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the interior. Probably the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in and I’m very picky. Easy walk to the beach, convenient parking and quick access on and off the island. I’d definitely book again!

Great time on Kiawah Island

We spent 3 nights on Kiawah Island and had a wonderful time. Our accommodations were perfect. Very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and umbrella that the owner provides and the beach buggy made it easy to carry everything to the beach. Tyler was very prompt with communications and everything came off without a hitch. Would stay her again.

Perfect West Beach condo!

Wonderful condo! Tyler was a great communicator who responded immediately to any questions. The condo was updated, clean, well stocked, and was furnished with high quality, comfortable furniture. We appreciated the ample supply of towels and washcloths. The bed was super comfortable, and we enjoyed the quality linens. We loved the peaceful and private screened porch and the easily accessible three minute walk to the beach! We definitely plan to come back to this property. Thank you, Tyler!

Wonderful place to stay!

This property was so clean and comfortable. We loved that it was on the 2nd floor...felt like we were in a treehouse amongst the trees. Excellent beach access and great location on the island. We will definitely stay again!

CLEAN & Trendy + Perfect Location + Amazing service from Tyler D!

I can't rave enough about this place, exactly as it was advertised & more! CLEAN, tastefully furnished, and decorated. Comfortable king-size bed, fresh cotton linens, white towels, and everything clean. My husband and I stayed here for a last-minute beach & golf vacation. We enjoyed the short private steps to the beach, the golf courses nearby, and riding our bikes all around the island. We were out most days but when we were in the condo, we enjoyed every minute of it: the screened-in porch, the 2 large TVs, and the comfortable living area. We didn't use the kitchen as we ate out for every meal, but it was completely furnished with the essentials. We wanted to stay longer and extend our time, but sadly all booked up. We will definitely come back and stay here again! Thank you Tyler D for taking care of us! Grateful for the easy process and your attention to detail including the personalized handwritten welcome notecard and sweets!
