¡ESPECIAL! DÍA MEMORIAL, 27-30 de mayo. Encantadora casa, ubicada al final de un tranquilo callejón sin salida, ofrece un retiro tranquilo a solo unos pasos del río Kiawah y del parque Night Heron. Las puertas frontales dobles y un amplio porche delantero lo invitan a esta bien equipada casa de playa de campo bajo de 2.800 pies cuadrados. Los espacios abiertos de sala y comedor acentuados con pisos de madera noble, puertas de popa y plomo en un gran porche con mosquitero. La cocina bien equipada cuenta con gabinetes de vidrio y acceso conveniente al área de comedor.

Una piscina privada de agua salada que se puede calentar en invierno le permite relajarse durante su estancia. Una ducha al aire libre con banco y privacidad, convenientemente ubicada junto a la piscina y el camino de entrada.

Ubicada en el primer piso, la suite principal con cama king size ofrece acceso al acogedor porche con mosquitero. Su cómodo baño cuenta con tocadores dobles, una bañera de gran tamaño y una ducha separada. Los huéspedes encontrarán encantadoras las habitaciones del segundo piso con acceso a una maravillosa terraza con vista a un entorno arbolado. En este piso, tenemos otro rey con baño privado (paquete n play ubicado en el armario con vestidor), un dormitorio queen, dos gemelos y un pequeño estudio / dormitorio con una cama nido grande y una cómoda cómoda.

Seis minutos en bicicleta a la playa, o estacione en el cercano Night Heron Park y camine hacia la playa. Hay numerosos senderos para bicicletas para disfrutar durante su estancia a varios puntos de la isla.

Great stay on Kiawah!

The house was perfect for our family - six adults, one toddler and one infant - and we especially enjoyed the spacious screened-in porch and pool. Plenty of room for everyone without feeling cramped or crowded. Nice quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac.Two things to note:We arrived with our e-Bikes in tow and were informed at the check-in gate that e-Bikes were no longer allowed on the resort (well, you can use them, but you can't use the electric features). We rode them during the week and received quite a few looks from other riders who saw they were e-Bikes (even though we never used the electric features) so it may us feel a little uncomfortable.Also, parking for the Beachwalker public beach is 15 per car - don't know if that's a seasonal price but was higher than we were expecting - just an FYI.Other than that Kiawah was as beautiful, relaxing, and fun as always - and the house on Ruddy Turnstone completed our experience - we will be back!

Beds were great, kitchen supplies re: pots, pans, plates etc., as well as bathroomsupplie were more than adequate. Owner requested all food be put in plastic bin, but there was only one and it was full of spices. Property manager was very responsive

Great house on Kiawah Island

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house comfortably fit our big group, and it had great amenities (pool, grill, porch, etc.). The house is also located in a great spot—close to the beach, tennis courts, golf courses, and markets. Throughout the planning process and trip, Suzan, the host, was very communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great rental with a central location

GREAT ROOMY PLACE

All good except the shampoo, soap and conditioner was low in a few bathrooms needing filled. The fan and tv remotes were switched around from room to room leaving you to solve the puzzle. In general yes, I would rent again without question. The good outweighed the bad. a positive experience staying in KIAWAH.

Great house!

The house is located at the end of a street and so quiet and peaceful. Very spacious and roomy. We are a group of college friends and greatly enjoyed the screened in porch and pool. We rented beach bikes and it was only a short ride to the beach. Really a great house!!

Susan’s property was a perfect home for our vacation. 45 minutes from the Charleston airport it was an easy drive to the quiet neighborhood the home is in. The home was comfortable, had a nice pool and is a 10 minute bike ride to the beach.

Great place to stay

Awesome stay! Close to the beach and a great pool in the backyard! We are locals who enjoy the state beaches. House was very clean. Had to call the maintenance guy to fix the sump pump for the pool cover and he was there in no time to fix it. We would most definitely stay here again. Only a few small issues. We arrived 30 minutes after check-in time and the house was not ready. The refrigerator is small to store food for six for a week but there is a grocery store on the island. The upstairs beds seem a little outdated as they felt like old spring beds. The pool side lounge chairs had rotten legs and we could not use them. Overall we would rate this an A rental and would return in the future. Did I mention the pool in the backyard was awesome!

Wonderful Stay

We have been staying at Kiawah for 25 years, and this house was perfect for our family. We traveled with three children (1, 2, and 4) and we were especially appreciative of the many ways the property was hospitable to families through things such as a baby gate and pack and play. The property owner and manager were incredibly communicative, and we appreciated the renter’s manual provided in advance. While not beachfront, we also found the beach to be very easily accessible. The screened in porch was also a huge plus. Five stars and would gladly stay here again!

Beautiful, Cozy Home

My wife and I stayed just one night here. We loved it. The house was very clean, well lit and in a beautiful neighborhood. I have 0 complaints. The only odd thing was that they are very proud of their family, apparently, and there were pictures all over the home. It felt a bit like I was staying in someone else’s home rather than renting a space for a night. But, it’s hard to fault anyone for being proud of their family. So, again - no gripes. Well worth the $.

Family vacation

The house was wonderful for our 7 adults and 2 children under 2. The beds were comfortable the baths were complete clean and had great towels shampoo conditioner and bath soap. The kitchen was well equipped clean and workable. The large screened porch was fabulous for dining and entertainment. The pool was essential for our group and used every day. Ample storage for 7 bikes in the garage and a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. It was a wonderful experience. Kiawah is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation

The absolute BEST VRBO vacation spot we've found!

We just completed our fourth trip to this Kiawah property and every year, it's the highlight of our year. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and Kiawah's Freshfield Village giving you everything you need for a relaxing time. The ocean, great restaurants, cute shopping, all in an ideal setting. But what sets this spot apart from any other is the house. Suzann has created the ultimate spot for relaxation and peace. The decor, the amenities, everything you want to be perfect, always is and this is one of the few spots we've seen that the pictures don't do the space justice. In particular, what the pictures can't show is how quiet the back porch is and how private the pool is. You're truly in your own world to simply breathe and enjoy time with people you're with. (And in our case, that's time together as a family that you can't put a price on.) The home is always spotless, the property is meticulously maintained, and we're already counting down the days until our trip next year. Thank you Suzan as always for letting us stay here and we'll see you in 2023! :)

Perfect for large family getaway

This house was a fantastic find for our extended family gathering for our son’s wedding. It is very well equipped, comfortable and nicely appointed. The owner is very accommodating and responds quickly to questions. Five stars all the way around.
