Roomy and beautifully decorated with interesting art throughout. Nice location, close to the ski resort. We loved the heated pool, hot tub, and sauna, which were only a few steps from the unit.

Awesome Getaway

We loved this property! The beds were amazing, the updated bathrooms were so nice, the pool and hot tub area were fantastic, and all the people we met were lovely. 10/10 would stay again!

Wonderful place to get our family together and enjoy ski time at Keystone followed by dinners around the large table. We had 8 adults in our party and just enough beds for all

we wish there are more trash bags, it should not cost you too much to place a few more bags in the house.Also the heater only has enough water to shower for 1-2 people. I rented two houses in the winter, both had similar issues. This is a harder problem than the trash bag problem.

Well-appointed townhome in convenient location!

My family and I were impressed with the townhome. We had all we needed at the townhome, and could use a shuttle to get to Keystone Village. There is one room downstairs and two upstairs, all with beds that were very comfortable.

It wasn’t what we had originally planned to stay in, but we were given this as a choice when our other place fell through and we were so glad that we chose it. So much room as we had 5 people with us and everyone had their own space when needed. The beds were comfortable and the living room had enough room for everyone. We loved the set up of the place.

There is so much space and the unit is very well stocked (minus a whisk, lol.) You can easily walk to the Keystone ice rink and there are shuttles to all the other areas of the mountain. We will definitely be back!

Great location for our family of 5 skiing Keystone

The checkin process was extremely easy. The townhouse was very comfortable for sleeping and relaxing together in the living room. The pillows could be a little firmer (personal preference) . The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils needed. Great location for skiing Keystone . Would not recommend for some with disabilities due to steps going to condo.

Perfect family get away

Condo in Keystone was in a perfect, quiet, community. Our kids could just go right outside to play in the snow and we were close to everything. Easy check-in process and the beds and linens were so well stocked. Probably one of the best rentals we have had from that perspective. Kitchen was great and functional and the common areas were large and comfortable. When we inquired about a pack and play, the management company said there would be an extra charge, so we bought our own, but when we arrived, there was one provided already. Perfect for families or larger groups. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The lodging accommodations were adequate for our vacation. It was a decent walk to the Peru Express lift and we mostly had to use our car. The hosts were gracious enough to move our reservation one day due to snow storm and cancelled flights. The bathroom showers were not the cleanest and there were a couple broken light bulbs but other than that it was a great place!

Good space but needs some TLC

The kitchen has good space, dishes, etc to accommodate a group. The living space was large and comfortable. Good proximity to pool/hot tub. Shuttle is conveniently located. Unfortunately, the unit smelled awful when we arrived- Like burnt cooking, fish or something of that sort. The carpet in living area is heavily stained, laundry door missing handle, bedroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. The pool area did not have any towels so we had to use and wash our unit towels each day. Location to mountain is close but if you are going to stay on a weekend or peak time, be prepared for traffic and wait time to get to mountain.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tennis Townhome 1327 was the perfect mountain retreat for our family ski trip. The condo was well maintained with what appeared to be recent updates to bathrooms and kitchen. Everything was clean and ready for our use. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with small appliances, cooking accessories and serving supplies. The only thing that could be improved is more user friendly hot pads. All we could find was two plastic hot pads that were awkward and hard to use. The check in and check out process was simple and staff were helpful and responsive! The shuttle service was a bonus and we found it to be punctual and reliable. I highly recommend this condo and would rent it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a lack of communication from the management company from the start. They sent me a document to signed labeled adobe which I missed so they canceled my originally reservation. A day had passed when I went to rebook and they jacked up the price. Carpet in the unit was heavily stained in places and ready to be cleaned. Upon arrival the unit smelled like a dirty vacuum cleaner.

Okay but less than expected

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was tight: small kitchen, narrow hallways, and smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. Sauna did not work the entire trip despite receiving a text before our trip that it would be fixed the day of our arrival. The hot tub was small and always had people in it. The unit was outdated and in disrepair. The laundry room door knob came off in your hand. The master bath faucet was loose and toilet seat wouldn’t go all the way up (this was fixed after two days of waiting). The tile floor in the master bath was old and dirty in appearance. The only positive things were the close proximity to the pool and kitchen items were plenty stocked. Otherwise, I’ve stayed in dozens of rentals and most were much nicer than this place for the money.
