Perfect location with a beautiful kitchen, dining room and porch! We also used the bikes, the pool, the boat dock and the cabana club! Would absolutely rent this unit again in marathon.

Easy Vacation

Great location, close to restaurants and local activities such as fishing and scuba diving. We enjoyed the Cabana Club which was just down the road. We rented paddle boards and used them right off the dock. The house had plenty of room and the appliances were amazing.

Great yard

Had a great and relaxing time loved that we were able to keep our boat there with us. The little pool was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Favorite thing was coffee in the morning sitting on the loveseats by the water.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good experience. We love Key Colony. House was beautiful, spotless and well appointed, great pool. Fridge wasn’t cooling for 24 hours and signs in bathroom said you couldn’t flush any toilet paper (although management said we could use TP when I inquired after arrival). Aside from these two items the experience was great.

The Perfect Place to stay in Marathon

This house was perfect. We have been coming to Marathon for 3 years and this is the best house we have stayed at. The pool is perfect after spending all day fishing. The showers were amazing for getting all that fish smell off as well. Couldn't ask for a better location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed two weeks. The home was spacious and clean, but we appreciated the yard and pool the most. Lots of wildlife... got to see some cool birds being right on the canal, manatees (a pod of 13 came through one day), sharks, pretty smaller fish and little jelly fish ☺️ the bikes were nice to use for some exercise and to ride up to the cabana club for a drink and socializing and to hit up sunset beach. We had kayaks delivered, which made our experience, even better, exploring the canals and the bay area.

Amazing

House is beautiful and has an excellent layout. Water pressure is excellent and the bathrooms were so pretty. The canal was easy to get to from the boat ramp and easy access to both the bay side and ocean side made boating much less stressful. We was a spotted ray in the canal several times and a manatee as well. Highly recommend this rental

Excellent Rental

The property is just as the pictures show. They have everything you need to enjoy your vacation there. We caught quite a bit fish out back. We enjoyed the beach and went to Key West for a day. We had a great time! We will be back.

Exquisite Hospitality

We had a spectacular week at this location. Your house is impeccable clean , beautiful, cozy with a lovely and tasteful decor , paying attention to every detail and thinking on your guests. Your kitchen is great, equipped with everything that you may need. The house is great to relax in family, we were able to park the boat and have it ready to go fish and to go to the sandbar. Over all the house was the perfect place for our family to stay and enjoy the week .

Amazing week in Key Colony Beach!!

This VRBO was perfect for our week stay! Spacious layout, great kitchen and good sized bedrooms with 2 updated baths. Cruiser bikes for riding around town and a two seater kayak perfect for enjoying Key Colony Beach from the water! Outdoor space is perfect for hanging out! Awesome pool, dining area, lounging spot and outdoor shower! All we had to do was unpack and enjoy! This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the keys! We will definitely be back!!
