¡NUEVO LISTADO! ¡Esta propiedad frente al mar de Guadalupe en el centro de Kerrville frente a la "Isla Tranquility" es un hallazgo raro! Simplemente salga por la puerta de atrás y disfrute del sendero del río, kayak, canoa, pesca, natación o simplemente siéntese en el patio y disfrute de las impresionantes vistas. Beautiful

The place was very clean and exactly what we needed. Perfect for a couple. The river is beautiful and we kayaked and fished. You can walk or bike to most places. Host is awesome and very accommodating. I will def book again.

Charming riverside perch

We loved sitting on the deck in the morning watching the river and were close enough to downtown to walk to coffee, tacos and a swim. Immaculately clean and very charming.

Beautiful Spot on the River

We had a blast staying here and used this property as a great "home base". We ran around all over the hill country knowing that we had a nice quiet place to come back to. The river front is nice and the property is well kept. We did not use the kayaks or river toys, but they were easy to get to and use if we wanted. It is very centrally located in Kerrville with easy access to lots of activities.

Anniversary Getaway

Great loft, great proximity to the parkway and river. Easy access to downtown. The biggest drawback is the neighborhood. Otherwise we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Charming Riverside Loft

Starting off by saying we have already booked our stay for camp pickup next year! The loft is right on the river and the kayaks were just right for paddling down to the city park swimming area for a dip in the afternoon and the morning. Also, we saw about 6 nests with fledgling heron/egret/crane - don't know enough about birds to know which they were - but it was neat to watch. The loft was well laid out, had board games, everything you'd need in the kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. Can't wait to come back next year!

Bird’s eye view

Terrific place! Attention to detail, inside and out. Extras like gas grill, Mayas, River viewand access. Great seating by the River, on the patio, and our upstairs deck! Well outfitted kitchen. Nice decor. Great landscaping. Private entrance and deck from the main house. Quiet and beautiful. Rubin was a great host.

Nice stay.

Really enjoyed staying here. Was close to everything and I was able to jump on my bike and ride the river trail. Apartment was very clean, cozy with very nice grounds along the river. Bed was very comfortable and sitting outside on the deck really nice. Certainly recommend this place.

This was perfect for our one night stay. There was an event in Kerrville that made staying at a hotel impossible. We cooked and watched college football, and enjoyed the view. All necessary items were provided. Perfect stay!!

Relaxing weekend getaway

The apartment was perfect. It was nicely furnished and included all the amenities. Robin did such a great job of including all the little things. We got caught in the rain one of the days and had to do dry some of our clothes in the dryer. We enjoyed the river and fished off the dock. We even got to meet the family staying in the main house and chatted about our travels. I would highly recommend staying here.

Such a sweet peaceful retreat

Such a great property, second time to stay here and it was just as pleasant as the first. So convenient for camp pick-up in Hunt! Mom and dad get a break before picking up campers! Fabulous place!!! Robin is a wicked fast communicator too! :-)

Kerrville gem

Loved the location, the great backyard, river and hiking trail access, kayaks and bikes. We rented the main house and the upstairs apartment for 9 days in June 2022 and loved it. Our second visit, and we will be back!

Amazing river front apartment

Robin’s place is amazing! Located right on the river, extremely clean, with cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Very quiet too. It looks even better in person, than in the pictures. Close to downtown, cool antique shops and restaurants. We will definitely want to come back!

Gorgeous property and views!! The loft apt. was a perfect place for a quiet getaway!!

We had the opportunity to meet the host (Robin) and her husband John. They really take pride is this property and make sure that their guests have all the amenities necessary for a wonderful getaway!! I will definitely recommend this place to others...5+ Stars!!!

Relaxing Spring Break

This was a perfect little space for my husband and I to get away the last half of our Spring Break. Being a teacher, I needed the peace and quiet this sweet place offered! The loft supplied all you would need at a home away from home, including literally the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on...my personal bed included! The view of and access to the river is great; my husband fished as I sat on the Adirondack chair and read and people watched as they canoed or paddle-boarded down The Guadalupe. Would give more stars if I could!

Our first visit won’t be our last

We loved River House! Robin thought of everything. Firewood, paper, and lighter? Check. Bikes AND helmets? Check. Kayaks, extra paddles, and plenty of life vests in various sizes? Check, check, check! I didn’t need to pack extra towels or bbq tools because our host had us covered. A wonderful surprise was waking up to birdsong and watching a family of ducklings while sipping coffee out back. The view of Tranquility Island and close proximity to the hike and bike trail made our getaway complete. We loved Kerrville, and we will return!
