Beautiful place. Lots of stairs, 18 If you have knee issues, plan. My daughter said, "wow, this place can't be real." She loved the tree swing, at 17! We weren't getting along so I decided to leave early. Awesome blueberries!

AMAZING!!!

Omg this was absolutely incredible. My mom and I came here for a work trip for her art show in Kerville, and we couldn’t say enough good things! Deb had gluten free bagels and treats for us, fresh OJ, and more. It was so nice enjoying breakfast at home, and watching the deer in the morning. Not to mention it was super clean, and inviting! 10/10 will stay again next time!

Van and Deb provide the perfect little home away from home for visiting Kerrville. Everything was easy, cozy and just as it should be. I travel to the area a lot for educational needs out in the Hill Country. I will definitely stay here again. The deer in the evening, the fresh fruit and available snacks, the many books to read and the perfect cozy space for rest and relaxation, were exactly what I needed to come home to after long days in the field.

Beautiful stay and location. The attention to the small details such as fresh organic fruit, art decor and small conversations we interacted with made the time spent extra special. We are already planning our next trip for our motorcycle rides. Ty for sharing your space.
