We booked a queen bedroom with kitchenette, no pet room. Since the building has no elevator, i requested for a ground floor accessible room for my 73 yr old mother. When we arrived to check in, the agent gave us our room, it was a pet friendly room. I complained about it but she showed us the room and would give us a full refund if we didn’t like it. It was neatly clean, laminate flooring and my mom’s allergy was not triggered for the 4 nights that we stayed there.

Spacious room could use a second chair as it only had one chair at desk and bed. Room was clean and bedding good. We were one of the few rooms that did not have a balcony so went outside to sit. (You have to ask for balcony which we didn’t know). Outside seating was very limited. Breakfast had enough to eat. Lots of busy traffic around so was loud but good access roads.

This hotel is close to the mall and restaurants. The breakfast was great with muffins, cereal, toast and fruit. This hotel needs to be graded higher than a two star hotel! It was nicer than many higher star hotels in Kelowna that we have stayed at.

Decent little motel, clean , but the shower head was broken and could not get hot water from Shower head. Pretty ridiculous after paying $300 for 1 night. Told staff they just said oh. Okay.

Great pet friendly hotel

Staff were very friendly . Great place to stay with your dog. They even have dog bowl and food dish . Place was clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was amazing ,She even called us at 9.30 pm to make sure we were on our way .i would stay there again .
