Retiro Green se encuentra en la parte sur de Cefalonia en una zona de bellos paisajes. Se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche del mar ya 2 minutos a pie desde el centro de las Spartia pueblo donde se pueden encontrar dos mini mercados, una taberna tradicional griega y dos barras de café. Es una hermosa casa soleada con un gran jardín y una barbacoa de la sombrilla. Es adecuado para una pareja con dos niños o 2-4 amigos. Disfrutar de una vista ilimitada, naturaleza verde, mar, tranquilo y un pueblo tradicional de Cefalonia.
Retiro verde incluye el acceso a su propio parche de frutas y de verduras. No dude en para cortar y disfrutar de tomates frescos, pepinos, calabacines patatas, judías verdes, naranjas y limones. También puede obtener huevos frescos del gallinero.

Wunderschöner Urlaub auf Kefalonia im Green Retreat in Spartia

Es war eine Oase der Ruhe und Erholung. Einfach wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dennis hat uns frische Eier, Obst, Gemüse, Wein und Olivenöl gebracht. Wir kommen wieder!

Einfach herrlich! - Simply wonderful!

"Green Retreat" ist, was der Name verspricht - ein wunderbar entspannender Rückzugsort im Grünen. Es sieht genau aus, wie auf den Fotos von der Unterkunft - grün, blühend, gepflegt. Die Innenräume sind sauber, schön gestaltet und bieten ausreichend Platz für 2-3 Personen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. In den Betten haben wir gut geschlafen (wer über 1,90 groß ist, für den sind sie ggf. etwas knapp bemessen). Das eigentliche Highlight ist der Außenbereich: eine großzügige Terrasse mit genialem Blick bis auf das Meer und ein weiterer angrenzender überdachtet Bereich mit Grillmöglichkeit und viel Schatten. Das war gerade bei den heißen Temperaturen wirklich super! Wenn es weniger heiß ist, hat man zwei Liegen und eine Sitzgruppe mit großem Sonnenschirm auf dem Rasen. Durch diesen großen Außenbereich kann man sich wunderbar "ausbreiten" und fühlt sich nie beengt - für uns wichtig für den Wohlfühlfaktor! Besonders schön für uns war die herzliche und großzügige Versorgung durch Denis. Er beschenkte uns jeden Tag mit den Produkten seines angrenzenden Feldes - Feigen, köstliche Orangen, Melonen, Gurken, Tomaten, Eier der dort freilaufenden Hühner.... einfach toll! Wir konnten fast täglich mit ihm einen kleinen Plausch halten und freuen uns sehr, einen so herzlichen und großzügigen Gastgeber kennen gelernt zu haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Beautiful, tranquil - a perfect hideaway!

Green Retreat was an absolutely perfect place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. It is incredibly peaceful, and the garden and outside seating areas are lovely places to just sit, admire the view, listen to the cicadas and while away time relaxing. The house itself is very small, but very well-equipped and clean and modern. Being there in August, we spent our entire time outside, and the outdoor shower (beautifully refreshing after a day on the beach) and washing-up area mean that you can really enjoy the outside space to its full advantage. Spatia itself is a very traditional Greek village, with two supermarkets and a café and restaurant, all of which were very good, especially the café and restaurant, and the shops were well-stocked but more expensive than the bigger supermarkets (there is a great, much cheaper one just on the way to Argostoli, only about 10 mins drive away). George and Dennis could not have been more welcoming, from George's WhatsApp messages before we arrived, answering all the questions I had before our trip, to Dennis' daily (but completely unobtrusive) visits every morning with fresh fruit/oil/vegetables/eggs, we felt very well looked after and cared for. We had no issues at all, but I am sure if we had, George and Dennis would have sorted us out in no time. I would thoroughly recommend Green Retreat for a relaxing, carefree, tranquil holiday, and Spatia is a perfect place from which to base yourself to visit the whole island. We completely fell in love with Kefalonia, and the people who live there. Thank you.

Schönes kleines Idyll zum Auspannen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Spartia sehr genossen. Das Grundstück ist ausreichend groß, der Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns mit frischen Eiern, Gurken, Olivenöl, Wein und anderen Köstlichkeiten wie Orangen und Zitronen aus seinem Garten beschenkt. Der nächste Strand ist nur 5 Autominuten entfernt, aber auch bekannte Strände wie den Myrtos Beach kann man in einer guten halben Stunde erreichen. Abends haben wir oft gegrillt und den Tag auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer ausklingen lassen. Wir sagen Danke, Denis!

Erholsamen Urlaub in sehr schöner Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem schöne Haus mit tollem Garten und Grill sehr genossen. Dennis hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns immer wieder mit eigenen Produkten versorgt. Kefalonia ist eine wundervolle Insel auf der man viel entdecken kann. Massentourismus gibt es hier zum Glück nicht. Das Haus ist Ideal für zwei Personen und man hat alles was man braucht. Besonders Entspannen kann man auf der Terrasse und dem herrlichen Garten. Wir haben den Pizzaofen ausprobiert und es war wirklich die beste Pizza ever :-) . Vielen Dank lieber Dennis für alles, wir möchten nächstes Jahr auch wieder unseren Urlaub auf Kefalonia verbringen und hoffen wir können wieder unseren Urlaub in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbringen. xanasynantithoúme

Lovely relaxing escape with amazing outdoor space

Thank you George and Dennis for your warm welcome and kind hospitality, we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay in June. The outdoor space is wonderful and we sampled ‘the good life’ when Dennis stopped by with the most delicious freshly picked figs, tomatoes, cucumbers, oranges, lemons etc from his garden, home pressed olive oil and fresh eggs from his chickens. The villa is simple but adequate and in a quiet spot within walking distance to the small village square, which has a taverna, cafe/bar and a couple of small grocery shops. The local beach also has 2 restaurants, one with a decent bar overlooking the sea. You really need a car to make the most of exploring this magical island, we will be back for sure! Thanks again for making our stay a memorable one. Nikki and Roger

Wonderful private retreat

This was a lovely spot just outside the village of Spartia . Wonderful garden and outdoor dining spaces with large BBQ. A great sea view from the balcony . The house is really well equipped with a big kitchen and lots of space , except the bathroom which is a little small . The location is superb within a couple of minutes from the village with its mini market , bar and taverna . Few minutes drive to the sandy beach which was great for safe swimming . Dennis who manages the place was a lovely host . He provided us with an endless supply of tomatoes from his garden and fresh eggs from his chickens . A very clean , well maintained property and highly recommended.

A true Green Retreat!

We absolutely loved our stay, it was exactly what we had hoped for. The little house is simple but the outside space is amazing. If you enjoy a taste of village life, being treated to fresh produce from the farm and sitting out cooking on a real wood fire BBQ looking at the sunset then this is for you. A peaceful spot, totally chilled atmosphere on the edge of a nice village with a great taverna. Great location for what we wanted and will definitely return.

very relaxing, green & beautiful place

We (young couple from Germany) loved our stay at Green retreat and like to give some feedback: positive: The whole property is very green with orange-trees etc.; we got fresh eggs, oranges, grapefruits and lemons every day from the own farm, right beside the property; we also got homemade olive-oil, lemon-juice and wine and felt very welcome; the BBQ-place is perfect; the kitchen had everything we need; there is a shower outside for cooling down; we felt very save; it´s such a quiet, peaceful place and the only things you hear are birds, sometimes the dogs and the cock (he lets us sleep till 10.00 am, which was very good ;-) ); the beach near by is very beautiful and great for snorkeling, it has sand (for children) and cliffs also; you have to go to taverna Cavo Liakas very very good food!!! negative: not everything, that´s listed is really existing for example: no hair-dryer, no washing machine; we thing that should be deleted from the register; the shower inside is very very small (big people would have some problems with the shower curtain ;-) ) We think this place is perfect for one couple (with 1-2 children or pets), but not for 2 couples, because you only have one bedroom (you have to run-through to get to the bathroom) and one kitchen (where you have a couch to sleep). We can really recommend this place and would like to come back, whenever we come back to Greece :) Thanks for everything.

Beautiful views, lots of grass to run about, great BBQ and very safe.

We had a fantastic time in Villa Spartia. We travelled with a toddler and this place was perfect for him to run free. We also took advantage of the BBQ. The views are stunning and so close to a lovely little beach. Very good location as only 10 mins from airport. We were given fresh eggs and fruit most days. My son loved the animals in the little farm next door. We can't wait to come back!

Villa Spartia was made special by its tucked-away village location, amazing sea views and gardens

The owners could not have been more friendly, generous and helpful. The property was clean and well equipped with lovely outside living areas. Spartia village is a beautiful place with several good cafes and restaurants, it caters well for tourists but with the attraction it is not a busy tourist hotspot.

Parfait. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. La petite maison est charmante et confortable, le propriétaire est toujours à l'écoute, donne des oeufs frais, des tomates, de son huile d'olive et de son excellent vin. Location rare que je recommande vivement.

A wonderful villa and location.

We arrived at midnight and George, Dennis & Maria were there to greet us with a bottle of wine from their vineyard, which was lovely. The villa is really nice and has everything you need. (aircon, wifi, ensuite etc). The BBQ area is fantastic with great a sea view across to Zante. Dennis (George's father) has a farm around the villa and he brought us fresh eggs, lemons, oranges, figs,vegetables every day which was wonderful. The villa is very quiet and peaceful, which was just what we wanted. The village square is a five minute walk and has a couple of tavernas and a great little restaurant where the food is excellent and not expensive. The beach is a 25 minute walk or 5 minutes by car and has a restaurant. A car is a must if you want to explore the island but it is well worth the expense as the whole island is stunning. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Spartia and will definitely be returning as soon as we can.
