Our holiday home/apartment 'MUSCAT' is a very functional duplex equipped with reversible air conditioning (heating or cooling as needed), as we rent it out all year round. It is ideal for 2 to 3 people, but can accommodate up to 5 people.
Ground floor:
Level access to the living room, dining area (1 table and 5 chairs), lounge area (1 140 cm sofa bed, coffee table, flat-screen TV, DVD player), equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, 4-ring ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge, microwave, oven). The toilet is located under the stairs leading to the upper floor.
Upstairs:
Bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 ironing board with iron), bathroom (1 washbasin with mirror, 1 hairdryer, 1 electric radiator, 1 walk-in shower with thermostatic mixer tap, 1 washing machine), air conditioning.

Régine Ludwig, la propriétaire, est une hôte très accueillante et chaleureuse. Le gite est décoré joliment avec soin et il est très propre et fonctionnel, tout y est ; nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Régine nous a donné pleins de conseils judicieux de visites, d'événements à pas louper et nous a parlé avec passion de sa région et des vignes, elle nous a d'ailleurs fait visiter, à notre grand plaisir, les vignes de sa famille et déguster du raisin et du vin. La fête ancestrale des ménétriers (PFIFFERDAJ) qu'elle nous a recommandée est fantastique. Les beaux petits villages typiques entourés des vignes sont de très belles découvertes. Le Paysage est de toute beauté et la gastronomie alsacienne délicieuse (attention aux "attrapes touristes", mais si vous suivez les conseils de Régine, vous n'aurez pas de mauvaises surprises). Nous avons également effectuer des randonnées et notamment celle du lac blanc et lac noir, superbe ! Il faudra que nous revenions car 10 jours n'a pas été suffisant pour tout découvrir. Bon séjour en Alsace !

Gîte coquet, au calme et propre. La propriétaire est très agréable. Il est bien placé, carrefour market en face, à proximité immédiate de Kaysersberg. Idéal pour découvrir l’Alsace et les villages de la route des vins.
