Our room was on the second floor, on the end and although we could hear people in the BBQ/Pool area, it a otherwise fairly quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was a great hot buffet that was regularly replenished. Also cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, juice and toast. All at a great price. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone paying through Katherine.

Being a technological luddite, I did not like this "self check in" business. I am used to seeing a receptionist who can not only check me in, but also give advice. I managed to sneak in as a car was leaving and the person at reception was absolutely fantastic. Checked me in and informed me about breakfast being included in the price. Information I would not have received had I attempted this "self check in". The other criticism is the lack of parking which should be made clear when booking. 25 spots for 50 rooms is not really good enough. Otherwise very good.

Great place to stay!

The room was clean and comfortable, and on the large side. Plenty of parking available. Just a walk to local restaurants. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Yes, I know it is Katherine and consequently not a lot of choice but this motel could do with a revamp. The outside looks like a prison camp. The inside of the room was spacious which is good, but the step down from the bathroom caught me off guard numerous times. A hairdryer, toaster and more cutlery than one teaspoon would have been useful.

Stayed a night for exploring Katherine surrounds. Family room for space. Comfortable beds and quiet during the night. Close to the main centre. The lovely staff had a bar operating and pizzas for sale in the pool area when we arrived. Good atmosphere. They do a self check in when arriving and details were sent via inbox in Expedia. There is a code to access the front gate and another to access a safe for the key. Easy. Breakfast was a substantial buffet and included in your room price. A great stay!

The place was tired & needed some TLC. We had a 1st floor room & didn’t realise this when booking in. However, the facility was accommodating & moved us to a ground floor apartment with no issues & ease and were friendly & approachable. The included breakfast was a welcome & was a variety of cooked buffets or continental. Tea/coffee/juices. Centrally located & secure. Pool was a refreshing oasis after a day of exploring.

No late arrival check-in access code sent

We were told we would be sent a message detailing how to access our room key as we had contacted the hotel already to advise we would be arriving after reception was closed. We received no message. Fortunately for us another guest arrived, who had received a message, who was then able to access the safe with all the envelopes containing keys for guests yet to arrive so thankfully she was able to let us have our envelope, plus the gate code for the car to come back into to locked car park. What would have happened without the other guest?? Very concerning

Not a bad stay - the room was nice (although the bathroom needs some love) and it was close enough to town whilst also avoiding the highway. I had trouble entering because the access email had been sent back in Nov - that's my problem but maybe look at resending it again when guests are arriving. Parking was a bunfight with guests leaving their cars wherever they could and there were a lot of noisy people leaving very early but I get that's hard to stop.
