The apartment Carpici, is a spacious well appointed 3 bed, 3 bathroom, duplex, with a shared pool that can sleep 6 in comfort. The apartment has undergone a major refurbishment for 2026, with a new high end specification through out, including new kitchen, living / dinning areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. Down stairs, the master suite with kingsize bed leads directly out to a large shared infinity pool. The patio outside has your own poolside settee, great for lazy afternoons or evenings just chilling out. The apartment has real wow factor when you walk through the front door & absorb the views out across Kas, the harbour, the peninsula, the marina and out to the Greek island of Kastellorizo (Meis). Upstairs there are two balconies. The main balcony opens out from the living area and is a great spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner, with Kas laid out before you. The night time views are magical and if a quiet space is needed, the upstairs bedroom balcony has a swing egg chair to chill out on and enjoy the view.
The apartment faces due west and enjoys wonderful sunsets all year round. Completely refurbished for 2026, the emphasis is on quality & comfort. It has a fully equipped kitchen and gas Webber bbq on the balcony, if you fancy a night in and a break from the wonderful restaurants Kas has to offer.
The lounge has 2 large sofas, where you can enjoy the view, or chill out with the wall mounted 40” LED smart TV with Netflix and Amazon.
We have our own unlimited Wi Fi, with good reception. There is a blue tooth speaker and a cupboard full of board games for the whole family. If you run out of reading material, we have a book swap shelf.
We have set out to provide quality furnishings, beds, and pillows, to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our beds have high quality, firm mattresses. A good nights sleep is important to us.
Located in a small select development in probably the best location in Kas to enjoy the views. The summer residence of the Governor of Antalya is just below us. It is a 10 minutes walk to the town centre, restaurants, and harbour, the apartment is up above the noise and commotion of the town yet close enough to watch & hear the fishing boats entering & leaving the harbour during the day.
Absorb the daily life of Kas below you from your seat on the poolside as the paragliders soar past on their way to landing on the quay side, or enjoy a pre-dinner drink on your balcony or poolside settee as the sun sets over the peninsula.

There are 9 properties that share the pool, 3 penthouses and 6 duplex’s. Only 2 duplexes and 3 penthouses are rented out. The large poolside does not get crowded even in summer as all apartments have balconies and private patios. You may have days with the poolside to yourself. You can book a welcome pack of groceries for when you arrive.
Cot and High chairs are available to rent and airport transfers can be arranged through our agent in Kas, who will be available to provide advice and assistance throughout your stay.
