Had a great time at this property. The location was great, central to many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel itself had nice pool/spa/sauna and decor. Our room was great also, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for a great visit to Karlovy Vary!

Reception is decrepit. The people at front desk at arrival: dirty,in disarray and not friendly. Hotel stairs and hallways very dirty(old carpets, dirty). Spa is a joke, whilpool water cold(75 degrees F) Hotel pretentious.

Great property. Beautiful exterior. Lovely dining hall. Rooms were spacious and clean. Reception was friendly and helpful. Very close to the bus and train stations and walkable to rest of Karlovy Vary. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, but not 4 star quality hotel. A/C is barely working. Felt like senior assisted living facility. Tiny pool, which used by individuals with skin problems, would never use it. A OK breakfast buffet, but I’d suggest to go somewhere else to eat. If you want to sleep at night, do not open the windows, it is loud. Other than that, it’s nice place to stay :-)

The stay was awesome. Room was perfect. Loved it. The only issue we had was with a rude hostess at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Maybe she had a bad day, but she was far from welcoming. Other then that, super.

We didnt like the older long hairedan at check in. Completely lazy, did not offer to help with bags or anything. If your bahs are heavy, good luck with the stairs if you get this man. Copied our passports for some reason too. Asked the other front desk help and they had no idea why, or where he put this vital info. And they charge for extras like hot water kettle to make in room coffee which there was none to begin with. The pillows were terrible so we asked for smaller pillows and they charged for delivery of these pillows that werent even smaller.. Bonus points for location only. Its a run down place for sure with no access to the room A/C. Its a set temp and not cool enough for July in Karlovy Vary. It was a heat wave! Stear clear, not worth the money.

Staff unavailable when calling reception !!!!!!! they don't even call back ! No coffee maker in the room and Breakfast don't start until 8 am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we had to leave at 5:30 am to catch our Bus back to Prague and I did mention it to the reception guy ( with better English ) the day before ! on the darling morning of our departure , a female receptionist with bare understanding of English and perhaps worst Desk skills tells me that I OWE over 5200 Koruna ( total cost of our stay)!!!! Even after repeatedly mentioning to her that the amount have been paid MONTHS ago view Hotel.ca she kept pointing to the stupid bill that she printed and requesting the total amount ! I showed her my internet hotel.com bill history and told her that the amount has been paid and she then proceed by saying that the amount is for stay and Spa ( minimal English / just saying " you pay this amount & you used spa)!!!!!!! Frustrated , I told her that I was not going to wait all day for her to figure out her error and I had a bus to catch ( hoping she could understand ) and told her that I'm NOT going to repay her the money and left !!!!!!!! absolute disaster . DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!!!

A nice enough property but the climate control in the room did not work, flat pillows, poor bedding, Wi-Fi did not work. It is a grand property they should invest a bit to ensure customers have a good night's sleep. Service and breakfast were good.
