Rest amoungst the dreamy sound of the ocean waves, or in one of the comfortable sun lounges on the large 100metre deck, which boasts an 8 person heated spa, a large sunken Gas firepit , a walk down resessed bar and breakfast area, ideal for afternoon cocktails, and a state of the art 2 person Infared sauna , complete with Colour therapy functionality.
Karitane Beach is the ultimate beach for swimming, surfing, and boogie boarding, Just a few minute’s walk down the beach, you can take a side street & cross over to the other side of the headland, which has an estuary - At low tide, enjoy hunting for crabs , digging for cockles, gathering mussels, or bring your fishing rod, and try your luck on the jetty - then return home to cook your own seafood feast ! and pick orangic greens from the vegetable and herb garden.
There are 2 driveways, and plenty of room for parking if you wish to bring your boat, or ocean toys.
Inside the home, enjoy the spectacular Art Collection from top New Zealand & International contemporary Artists. The Artwork is masterfully merged with beautiful antiques, and interesting eclectic treasures.

The Karitane General Store is only a brief walk and stocks all of your essentials, as well, they offer daily baking, great coffee & tea, & wood fired pizza on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (Bookings essential )
