There is a comfortable shower room and two bedrooms on the entrance level. Water views are guaranteed, and from the master bedroom the floor-to-ceiling window provides a direct view of the harbour entrance and the passing boats...The upper floor is accessed via a comfortable staircase from the hallway and is home to the living and dining area, the central hub for the whole family.Here, too, the large window fronts offer a gigantic view of the harbour basin and harbour entrance! The open-plan kitchen, dining area and living area are integrated over an area of approx. 25 square metres.
