Great location & condo

Beautiful condo in Kapalua

We stayed at the Kapalua Golf Villas in September. The unit we stayed in was beautifully appointed. So well designed and decorated. It was comfortable and so well maintained. It had all the comforts of home. I would highly recommend this place.

Only suggestion would be to have a bar height small table and chairs on the lanai to enable enjoying the view vs sitting below the horizon in the lower chairs.

Unit was great but....

The unit was great. All the ammenities you need, we had provided which was great. A minor issue happeend with the hallway bathroom where the side of the toilet leaked after each flush. However, it was fixed asap. The major issue was at the swimming pool. One of the people that lived next to the pool kept coming out and making us be quiet - claiming we had too many people in the pool (it was only 5 people) and that it was too late. It was 4pm and the sun was still glaring. Also, neighbor wrote us a letter that our screendoor was shutting too hard. Overall, loved our unit but wouldn't want to stay here ever again. Too many grumpy residents here. Lastly, my other family that stayed a few units down, there was a car parked in their carport the entire time and didn't move it. Very annoying.

Beautiful Villa

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The view of the ocean from the back patio was spectacular. Great for a family of 4 with younger kids. The beach gear at the condo was a great addition!

Great lanai & Views

Really enjoyed our stay. We have visited frequently and love the Ridge and golf villas. Terrific views, well equipped kitchen and overall terrific stay. The one issue we had was the AC in the kitchen half of the unit didn’t work and while the property manager attempted to address the issue it was never resolved. It wasn’t the sleeping side but it was still uncomfortable during our visit.

Very comfortable condo!

We have stayed at MANY Golf villas over the years and this was one of the most comfortable. The kitchen was actually outfitted to cook! The bed and other furniture was really nice. There are great beach chairs and a boogie board. The are 2 negatives to this property - 1 totally fixable and the other not so much. The first easily remedied - get 2 large smart TV’s! The TVs here now are tiny and not smart. There is zero nightlife here so streaming a good movie at night is great fun on vacation! TVs are cheap and everyone has their own streaming services. The second issue is the location of the condo - there is no view off the patio - you look at a wall of trees. We didn’t realize how much we loved watching the nightly sunsets that most of these units have. For this reason, I don’t think we would come back to this unit, unfortunately. If this isn’t important to you, I would 100% recommend this unit.

Great unit with beautiful views.

I typically only stay on waterfront properties, but this one looked good and it was in the general area we wanted to be in. The unit was very nice, the balcony is great and the views are great as well. I would imagine that if you come here to golf, you'd like it even more. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Property!

We loved our stay at Kapalua. It was so nice to have the extras that the home owner included like nice beach chairs, beach towels, and various size coolers. The home was well stocked with everything we needed and very clean and comfortable. The area is a little bit removed so we drove quite a bit but I loved the peace when we arrived back home each day. The general store had a great deli and was well priced, I wish we had discovered it sooner!

My wife and I stayed in this unit for almost a week. Very nice and well appointed. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the view was magnificent. Small TV but otherwise great!

Great Property!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this property and it's great location. The view from the balcony was awesome overlooking the Bay Course with the ocean in the background. The unit seems to have been updated within the last couple of years and was very comfortable and clean with all of the amenities we could want. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Gorgeous and serene

What a beautiful property! We stayed here with our infant and it was perfect- more than enough space to have a place for the baby to nap while we relaxed on the balcony or in the living room. The shuttle service is also invaluable if you want to go to kid-friendly beaches nearby. The internet and AC were both reliable, but I highly recommend opening the lanai doors and letting the breeze in instead. The gated pool was so nice for days where we didn’t want to trek to the beach with all our stuff. The only thing that was missing was a beach umbrella, but you can easily rent one on your own. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
